Oradians have always been passionate about health, nutrition and cooking. Orada´s cookbook is considered one of the best retreat menu recipe books existing nowadays. After years and years of experience, our Chefs have refined our menu to a balanced, tasty, nutritious and healthy menu.
Consciously preparing food also means we grow most of our greens organically. However not everything is 100% organic, but we privilege local, seasonal fresh food.
Our meals are soulful, colorful and delicious. Our chefs are skillfully trained and prepare food with a beautiful presentation and a lot of love.

Feeding 40 people, 3 times per day for 11 months every year requires a responsible attitude towards the environment. Serving a plant-based menu, is not only healthier for the planet, but also for the body. During a retreat, leaders and participants prefer to feel energized after meals to keep their practice/work at an optimal level, even while digestion happens. Eating whole foods , well cooked and thought can be one of the most pleasant parts of being in a retreat, to enjoy your body and also be inspired by our delightful recipes.
Depending on the nature of your retreat or your personal needs , we can prepare detox menús, with green juices, detox teas, etc. and take into consideration special requirements, allergies and intolerances (gluten, dairy, sugar, caffeine, etc) as well as fastings and intermittent fastings.
